Wellness at CUA

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware and learning to make choices that will help you reach your fullest potential. When we focus on our own wellness we are happier, healthier, and more productive students, employees, friends, neighbors, and family members. 

The Six Dimensions of Wellness Model created by Dr. Bill Hettler in 1976 highlights the interconnectedness of occupational, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and emotional wellness. It is likely that as a college student you will making decisions about all these dimensions, maybe for the first time. One could argue that at no other point in your life do you encounter so many crossroads as during the college years. 

Making the right decisions can be hard, especially without good information. This website is designed to provide you with some wellness resources and help inform your choices throughout college. Specifically, you will find information on:
